Feels as if we are back in the late 90's when buyers were all cash.
Sold a Condo in the village last week - yes, The offer came in, was accepted and closed all in one week.

We have not stopped showing houses all winter - sadly, some foreclosures coming to the market also. Of course "it's an ill wind.........etc" the buyers benefit.

Spring is here and Summer is on it's way.
